As part of a young team at a dynamic international boutique agency, you will be in charge of managing strategy, creativity, image and brand communication projects.

Role


Customer-facing:

  • Developing the brief for the client by understanding, distilling and reformulating the
    project requirements
  • Planning and ensuring that deadlines are met
  • Presenting the work to the client as well as backing up and defending our proposals

Internally:

  • Communicating the brief to the strategic planning and creative teams
  • Setting priorities and objectives for ongoing projects
  • Supervising and validating the development of the project in line with the goals
  • Participating in creative processes (brainstorming, etc.)

Coordinating work with external providers:

  • Prospecting and selecting the most suitable provider for each project
  • Requesting and evaluating quotes
  • Supervising project execution and development

Desired Skills and Experience


  • Ability to draft presentations
  • Experience or strong interest in branding and marketing
  • Good knowledge of design, graphics, trends, fashions, consumer insights
  • Able to handle written and oral communication with clients confidently and
  • empathetically
  • Capable of working closely with a creative team and a strategic planning team
  • Technical knowledge of graphic process and software would be a plus
  • Excellent command of PowerPoint
  • Good copywriting skills

Experience:

  • Required experience (internships are acceptable) at a branding agency/innovation/brand consultancy or similar
  • Fluency in English, French and Spanish is essential
